Abstract. In 'Internet ' era, it not only has changed the company#39;s business model and marketing, the company#39;s human resource management also has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges. From the perspective of theory with practice, this article pointed out the characteristics of 'Internet ' era, and on this basis, it proposes seven new Internet era thinking human resources management.
Introduction
'Internet ' era, as a new era, it is quietly affecting people around the world, regardless of nationality, race, gender or age, whether you are willing, they can not get rid of the Internet on your life and impact of the work. For enterprises, in the context of global market integration, enterprises are to achieve rapid and steady development, enterprise management, especially human resources management, is also facing the 'Internet ' era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The traditional ideas and methods related to human resource management is management and economics, to achieve the recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation management, institutional, transactional work, content cumbersome, and 'Internet ' era, can make use of advantages of the Internet to promote human resource management to achieve great changes in the human resources department to improve efficiency at the same time, the rapid development of enterprises to provide a good driving force.
