Web Service Integrated Cloud Computing Management Information System

Abstract—Cloud computing management information system can contribute to the work efficiency of public service and deal the transactions conveniently by decision makers. However, numerous systems are difficult to rapid response against the changes of business requirements, and the program is hard to develop. In this paper the development of a web service integrated cloud computing management information system has been described. The main objective is to design an information system to manage the independent systems to provide unified service. The system architecture based on cloud computing was illustrated, and the key techniques was summed up, such as virtual database, Web Services, as well as programming model and ESB technology. And then an example of dynamic web service integration management information system was illustrated.

- INTRODUCTION
Nowadays the progress of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accelerates the development of public service administration which is implemented by the government to the people with effectiveness. Especially, hardware and software have progressed dramatically. One of computing technologies which is very popular in the present time is Cloud Computing Technology.
Cloud computing [1] provides a platform for efficient deployment of management information system. It leads to substantial cost savings. Cloud computing provides hardware, software and network as a service [2,3]. It provides better technological solutions for E-governance. Currently, in academia and industry to jointly promote, the cloud computer applications shows rapid growth trend. The major cloud computing vendors such as Amazon, IBM, Google, Microsoft, Sun and other companies have launched their own research and development of cloud computing platform[4]. But also from the academic background of cloud computing realistic model, applications, costs, simulation, performance optimization, testing, and many other issues in-depth study of the theory put forward their own methods and technological achievements [5,6], which greatly promote the continued development of cloud computing.

systems, so that a variety of information by way of a message can be cross-domain interactions. Service provided by various departments can be in the form of internal application components to complete, and then out of these application components exposed to well-defined interfaces, so that external applications can be called, became a basic Web services, and a description of the Web service WSDL in a UDDI on release, as required to other departments, organizations sharing. However, although the advent of Web services provides the possibility of cross-border operation, at this stage it is still a lot of problems. One very important issue is the task of the transaction is not a single sector most basic service. A department transaction may be multiple units to work cross-domain workflows on different systems, the formation of a complex integration services, and therefore related integration issues involving Web services.
In this paper, the concept of cloud computing is designed, relying on networking, storage, sensors and other infrastructure, integrated use of middleware, systems integration, data mining, information gathering techniques, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS service layer are built. For all levels and all kinds of users, on-demand services and resources are provided. ESB [9], WebService [10], virtual databases are utilized, multiple business systems are integrated. Data, services, system resources are unified managed and scheduled, to solve some of the information silos, chimney systems problems and improve the level of management information sharing application.
- CLOUD COMPUTING MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
Cloud computing management information system represents an emerging paradigm for distributed computing of applications that utilizes services as fundamental elements in building networks of collaborating applications distributed within and across different boundaries.
A. System architecture
Government is facing a variety of information resources and applications from different operating systems, different development platforms and different application databases. and external integration link information processing, the integration of this information into together.
Distributed storage systems, data warehouses, and other advanced technology are used. Through a comprehensive integrated approach, information of various departments is carried on application integration, data integration, to provide users with reliable, secure, accurate service.

摘要—云计算管理信息系统可以提高公共服务的工作效率,并让决策者方便地进行交易。但是,许多系统难以对业务需求的变化做出快速响应,并且程序难以开发。在本文中,已经描述了Web服务集成的云计算管理信息系统的开发。主要目的是设计一个信息系统来管理独立系统以提供统一的服务。阐述了基于云计算的系统架构,总结了虚拟数据库,Web Services,编程模型和ESB技术等关键技术。然后以动态Web服务集成管理信息系统为例。

- 介绍
如今,信息和通信技术(ICT)的发展加速了公共服务管理的发展,而公共服务管理是政府对人民有效实施的。特别是,硬件和软件取得了巨大的进步。云计算技术是当前非常流行的一种计算技术。
云计算[1]提供了一个有效部署管理信息系统的平台。这样可以节省大量成本。云计算提供了硬件,软件和网络即服务[2,3]。它为电子政务提供了更好的技术解决方案。目前,在学术界和工业界的共同推动下,云计算机的应用呈现出快速增长的趋势。诸如亚马逊,IBM,谷歌,微软,Sun等主要的云计算供应商已经启动了他们自己的云计算平台的研究与开发[4]。而且从学术背景上对云计算的现实模型,应用,成本,仿真,性能优化,测试等诸多问题进行了深入的研究,提出了自己的方法和技术成果[5,6],这在很大程度上促进云计算的持续发展。

本文设计了云计算的概念,依靠网络,存储,传感器和其他基础架构,中间件的集成使用,系统集成,数据挖掘,信息收集技术,SaaS,PaaS,IaaS服务层。为所有级别和各种用户提供按需服务和资源。ESB [9],WebService [10],虚拟数据库被利用,多个业务系统被集成。数据,服务,系统资源得到统一管理和调度,解决了一些信息孤岛,烟囱系统问题,提高了管理信息共享应用的水平。
