中国钢管混凝土拱桥的概况

摘要:本文简要介绍了我国钢管混凝土拱桥的现状。对200多种钢管混凝土拱桥进行了研究,并根据其类型、跨度、安装方法、几何参数、材料等因素进行了分析。提出了设计计算中的一些关键问题,如强度校核、截面刚度计算和截面疲劳强度。为桥梁设计人员和施工人员提供CFST拱桥的综合参考。

一.介绍
钢管混凝土拱桥(CFST)已经超越了钢管拱和钢筋混凝土拱桥。其中的嵌缝混凝土在钢管局部屈曲,而钢管增强了混凝土抗拉应力,提高整体抗压强度和延性。此外,在施工中,管也作为混凝土的模板。随着我国经济的快速发展,钢管混凝土拱桥成为钢筋混凝土拱桥或钢拱桥的良好选择。此外,他们呈现出一种更有艺术性的表现。中国第一个CFST拱桥在1990年竣工,其主跨度为115米。从那时起,建造了许多CFST桥梁。截至2005年3月,已建成或正在建设的CFST拱桥有229座,跨度超过50米。其中,131座桥梁的主跨度超过100米和33座桥梁,跨度超过200米(表1)。
本文根据最重要的因素,包括类型、跨度架设法、几何参数和材料等,对钢管混凝土拱桥进行了分析。本文的目的是为桥梁工程人员和施工人员提供CFST桥梁的综合参考。在接下来的分析中,所有桥梁的跨度均大于100米。
